Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, your item must be received within 14 days of the request date to remain eligible.

All sale items, gift cards, stud earrings, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders placed during promotional events are not eligible for partial returns at the discounted rate. If part of an order is returned, the promotional pricing will no longer apply to the remaining items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Arvion Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable taxes and duties, as well as shipping fees for exchanges or replacements.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with the security tag attached, unworn, unaltered, and free from any signs of wear, resizing, scratches, or debris. Returns that do not meet these standards will be declined and returned at the customer’s expense.

All returns must include original packaging. A $15 fee will be applied if packaging is not included.

Refunds

Approved returns will be issued to the original form of payment, in the same currency and at the original exchange rate used at purchase. Once your return has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund.
