Order Processing
- All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within approximately 7 business days.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Once an order has been fulfilled and released to the carrier, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines provided by carriers such as USPS or FedEx begin once the package has been scanned into their system.
- Carrier delivery estimates do not include order processing time.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier performance, and external conditions.
Arvion Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays once the shipment is in transit.
Promotions & Order Changes
- Promotions and discount codes must be applied at checkout.
- We are unable to retroactively apply discounts once an order has been placed.
- Orders cannot be adjusted after they have been processed or shipped.
International Shipping
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival.
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
- If required, customers are responsible for arranging a customs broker or completing any necessary steps to clear the shipment.
- Customs processing times may vary and are outside of our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing your order to understand any potential fees or requirements.
Refused Shipments & Reshipment
- If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or failure to clear customs, return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For reshipment requests, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping again.
Additional Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
- Arvion Jewelry is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
