Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, your item must be received within 14 days of the request date.
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with the security tag attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, resizing, scratches, or damage will not be accepted.
Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All sale items and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Stud earrings
  • Any item marked as final sale

Promotions & Partial Returns

  • Orders placed during promotional events are not eligible for partial returns at the discounted rate.
  • If part of an order is returned, promotional pricing will no longer apply to the remaining items.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including taxes and duties.
  • Any customs clearance or brokerage requirements must be handled by the customer.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges or reshipments are also the responsibility of the customer.
If a return is refused or fails to clear customs, any associated fees will be deducted from the refund.

Packaging Requirements

  • All returns must include original packaging.
  • A $15 fee will be applied if original packaging is not included.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency and exchange rate used at purchase.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
